Pin the Crown on the Princess
Items needed:
The background poster with a princess image (you can even take and enlarge a picture of the princess of honor if you’d like)
Individual crown pieces to “pin” on the image
blindfold
double stick tape (or magnets)
How it works: This game is an adaptation of a birthday party favorite, pin the tail on the donkey.
To play this game, first you’ll need to either have access to an artist to create the background poster or the ability to blow up a picture of a princess without a crown on her head into poster size.
Cut out shapes of crowns and put double stick tape on the back. Alternately you can put your background poster on a magnetic board and then put magnets on the back of each crown piece too.
Blindfold the girl who is it, turn her around 3-5 times and have her try to pin the crown on the princess.
Other variations:
Pin the White Knight on the Horse (print a horse and a knight)
Pin the Kiss on the Frog Prince (print a frog prince and lips or put lipstick on the girls and let them kiss the picture)
Pin the Flame on Lumiere (print a picture of Lumiere and little flames)
