Here's a great idea for a budget tea party favor for your guests:

Make Tulle bags with ribbon ties to hold the goodies. Include a pretty bracelet, necklace and other inexpensive jewelry along with the goodies mentioned above. Stay away from the typical plastic goodies, however. Remember you're treating your guests in true proper style. 

To Make your Tulle bags:

Simply cut a 12x12 square of Tulle and place the trinkets in the center. Bring the ends together and tie a purple ribbon around to secure.

Attach a tag with fancy ribbon to each bag with “Miss ____” written on it with each guest’s name.

Going All Out Favor Idea:

Although more expensive this one is actually the easiest of all. Purchase a tea cup for each party guest along with a necklace and bracelet. ALL girls love tea cups (even old ones like me!) and you can bet that this will be a gift that will not be thrown out in the garbage.
